PTOUTWEAR (Pt Outdoor Products Factory) is a Chinese factory that makes custom softshell, hardshell, 3-in-1, ski, rain, windbreaker, insulated and hi-vis workwear jackets to your tech pack, for outdoor brands, workwear and uniform suppliers, corporate teamwear buyers, schools, private-label startups and dropshippers. The plant is in Sanmen, Taizhou, Zhejiang, founded 2013, with 240 workers across 20 production lines and 200,000 pieces of annual capacity. Minimum order is 30 pieces per style and color, sampling is one piece at $100 refunded against your production order, and standard bulk lead time is 4 weeks after deposit. Certifications held: ISO 9001, SGS test reports and PFC-free DWR.

Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per SKU per colorway. For new brand owners testing the market, we offer 1-piece samples (fee $100, fully refundable on production order).
Yes. We offer 6 logo techniques: 3D embroidery, sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, laser engraving, and woven labels. We also produce custom neck labels, hangtags, and branded polybag packaging.
Embroidery (up to 12 colors), sublimation (full-color all-over print), screen printing, heat transfer, laser-cut applique, and woven labels. Multiple techniques per garment are possible.
Yes, in two ways. Single-piece print-on-demand has no MOQ: your artwork is digitally printed, sublimated or embroidered on a base jacket and shipped order by order, at a higher unit cost. Private label is cut and sewn to your own fabric and fit from 30 pieces per design and colorway, then stocked and shipped per order. We have run POD orders through Printful and Printify, and can also connect a direct Shopify or WooCommerce webhook.
A blank is a stock base jacket with your logo printed, heat-transferred or embroidered on top. Fabric, fit and weight stay as they are, which suits testing designs on POD from 1 piece. Private label is cut and sewn to your spec: your fabric, membrane, fit, colors and trims, with your own woven neck label and hangtag and no factory marks. It starts at 30 pieces per design and colorway.
Yes. After a private-label run of 30 pieces or more, the batch is stocked at our facility or at a partner overseas warehouse in the US or EU. Your store orders flow to us and jackets ship DDP to your customers, so you never pack parcels or clear customs yourself. Reorder before stock runs out to cover the production window.
First-time order: about 4 weeks — 25-35 days after deposit for a typical 30-200 piece run, plus sampling. Reorders: 3 weeks, since no pattern development is needed. Rush production of up to 1,000 pieces in about 2 weeks is available with a 25% expedite fee.
Yes. Sample fee $100, fully refundable on production order ≥ 30 pieces. Sample shipped in 7-10 business days from approved tech pack.
We work with global freight partners offering DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to US, EU, AU, CA. Air freight and sea freight options available based on order size and urgency.
Yes. Rush production of up to 1,000 pieces ships in about 2 weeks with a 25% expedite fee. Air freight (5-7 days) is available instead of sea freight for additional speed.
For samples and small orders: PayPal, T/T, credit card. For bulk production: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C for orders > $50,000.
Three, and only three: ISO 9001, SGS test reports on request, and PFC-Free DWR available on all 3L laminate constructions. OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI and GRS are planned but not held — no application filed and no audit booked — so we do not put a date on them.
